The day was cloudy and the mood somber,
When I saw a figure of someone round the corner.
Slightly bent, yet with a face a little rounder.
The grey light made it difficult to get the figure clearer,
A light shone around him which added a divine fervor.
A turn of the head, a tilt of the body, a lift of the hand,
Was enough to send a message of blessing from a grain of sand.
The sun came out, the mood turned cheerful,
As if to prove that messengers do arrive if the faith is alive.
