Time

The answer to the question that what is the most mobile thing would probably be – time. Whether you like it or not it just doesn’t stay – neither the good time nor the bad! When you are undergoing a low phase and nothing is going as expected, it seems so long; while when all is bright and beautiful time just flies…..You have to hold time – hold it to cherish, hold it to dwell on it. Whether good or bad, time has always a lesson to give. It’s only later when we think about it that we are able to weave the threads into a complete picture and see the results. It is then that we actually see the reason behind the good time or bad that we encountered. One thing that is certain is that it never stays….it’s like grains of sand or water in our hands – it is meant to touch us and leave. It is up to us to feel its coarseness or smoothness. The more we understand the complexity and inevitability of time, the easier it is to cope with what it has in store for us. We have to learn the art of acceptance – accepting the offering. We may enjoy it if it is a happy one and if it is not we still cultivate the grace and wisdom to bow down. It is rather strange – when the times are good, we forget to thank and when they are bad we never forget to blame and curse. These are human responses though, and all of us go through them. With age and experience we are better equipped to handle the tides of time. Time always has the same mysteries and nuances – it’s only that we are able to understand it a little better – the fact that if it is the tormenter, it is the healer too; if it is the pleasure giver, it is the pleasure snatcher too.

However, someone has a very different view of time…… Think about it too…..

“Time goes, you say? Ah no!

                        Alas, time stays, we go.”
